Missing activation bars in many parts

Reason for disagreement: Sorry, I could have rephrased my issue description; the missing activation bars are okay but because there is an activation bar at the top for d:DownloadCommand, this causes ambiguity since it is not uniform across the entire diagram. It should be either all formal (all parts have activation bars) or all informal.
