Upper limit of number of payments with commission is not defined in UG #8

While the error messages defines that number of payments with commission should not be higher than 2147483647, this is not mentioned in the user guide.

Severity low because a user would rarely have to input such a large number realistically.

2147483647 payments even paid daily would take over 5,880,000 years which is way longer than a lifetime. Illogical input. The error message was produced in order to guard against extreme cases in the case they do occur. However it is not included in the user guide because it is extremely unrealistic for a user to input a value like this. As highlighted in the screenshot of the cs2103 website below. image
