1. If Ruby extension is no longer exists in source tree, then
BUILD_RUBY_EXT option must be removed from CMakeFiles.
2. If major version increased to 5, then, probably, .so/.dll/.dylib version
must be increased to 5 either.

The ruby extension currently compiles on Linux/OS X in trunk when using CMake. 
I might drop first party support for the extension as I no longer have 
significant time for Ruby dev and there has been a much more actively 
maintained FFI version. http://github.com/erisdiscord/chipmunk-ffi
