Sort events in dropdown on upload form by most recent #285

They seem to be sorted alphabetically, but should be sorted by which is upcoming next. Also, it would be nice to include the date next to the event. Ex:

"Exam 2 on Sept 30, 2015 (in 26 days)"

for past events:

"Exam 1 was on Sept 1, 2015 (3 days ago)"
