[Mekanism V10 Request]: Mekanism Information Text Panel Displays

Describe the the feature you'd like The feature I think that should be added is a Text Display Panels you can link to machines by a card that you right click with and then it gives you a registered card you then place inside the Text Display Panel that need displays the information of the machine.

There should also be upgrades for it as well such as a Distance upgrade, Text color, World Time, Custom Text, Etc... I would also suggest a Upgrade/Panel to where you can touch it and control your machines from the panel inside a control setup users could do.

I also think the block should like like the QIO panel but black like a screen and it has a interface you can adjust to make it big as you want on a wall/floor/Ceiling/Etc...

Describe alternatives you've considered Alternatives I have Considered/Used is the Energy Control mod which is a Updated Copy/Additional mod of Nuclear Control for Industrialcraft2 but the Mod is fabric and the Mod Author has stated he will not be making a forge version for 1.16.3 anytime soon which is why I think Mekanism need it's own.

Additional context I don't think this Request should be a Copy and Paste of Energy Control but Something that does the exact same if not more but for Mekanism and using Mekanism items/parts.

Wouldn't this be possible using CC Tweaked in 10.1?
