You can instead veinmine using FTB Ultimine for now. You can hold ` (under the Esc key) and left click to veinmine.
Sure, but that's not Mekanism and somewhat overpowered... Mekanism uses power so it's balanced™

FTB Ultimine is able to use durability, but I haven't tested if it uses power :)
Totally agree that the Atomic Disassembler's radial menu is awesome. Just throwing some suggestions out:
1) Radial menu opens up for all installed modules, with each module getting its own part of the radius. Left clicking and right clicking on that part of the menu cycles forward/backward through the available modes. 2) Radial menu opens up for all available modules, with ones that aren't installed greyed out. 3) Pressing and holding the keybind opens up a GUI like the gadgets from Building Gadgets which allow for toggleable settings for each module.
Describe the the feature you'd like The Atomic Disassembler has this fantastic radial menu that allows you to select different modes (fast, veinminer, extended veinminer etc.) When 'upgrading' to the Meka-Tool, this is only available through the configuration menu (the \ menu), but I personally find this a severe downgrade compared to the radial menu.
Describe alternatives you've considered With the Atomic Disassembler you can quickly turn on/off veinmining, which is what I miss the most. I get that adding a toggle to a radial menu might not make much sense, so perhaps it'd be better to add keybindings to toggle different modules/options for the Meka-Tool? Perhaps the keybinds can toggle every installed Unit/Module in the Meka-Tool, though this might cause keybind spam (Meka-Suit sort of already has that though, so it's fine?)
Additional context Currently you can change the digging speed of the Meka-Tool using the scrollwheel (but no radial menu), but I personally don't see much use in that, as I either put it on max (128) or none (0)
