From chat to actionbar #243

Is it possible to display equipment mode switching and notifications from the configurator on the action bar? For example, a jet pack. I think chat will be very smart if it is realized.

Some items, such as the configurator and the fluid tank, now show their mode changes on the action bar rather than on the chat screen.

However, not all items with mode switching do that currently: prime examples being the jetpack and the free runners, which still use the chat screen rather than the action bar (as of Mekanism 10.6.7, NeoForge 21.0.163).
