Describe the feature you'd like

I would love to see the Teleportation Core be a tad more expensive and use no Lapis, as Lapis is neither rare nor technological in nature, it is uncommon at best. After obtaining a Digital Miner, one could theoretically start crafting TONS of Quantum Entangloporters and I believe they should be a tad more expensive.

Describe alternatives you've considered

For the Teleportation Core, the Lapis should be replaced by Ender Pearls or some form of specially crafted capacitors/circuits from Ender Pearls, to better balance the craft and make it more technologically immersive. Afterall, it is capable of literal long distance/cross-dimensional teleportation of energy, items, gasses, etc...

Yes, some recipes in mekanism are too cheap or just weird.
