Update machine upgrade descriptors to show which machines they can be applied to.

Example:

• When mousing over the 'Gas Upgrade' in JEI (or Vanilla minecraft), one should be able to see the exact list of machines that the upgrade will fit into (or, if too many characters/rows, a sufficiently-specific-but-genericized descriptor that is common across the MAJORITY of machines).

The present (at least, in 10.0) description of the gas upgrade reads:

• "Increases the efficiency of gas-using machinery"

It is not immediately intuitive to discern what is a gas and what is not (which should perhaps be recorded as a separate issue). For this reason, it is unclear as to which machine (T0 OR T1) the upgrade might go in (I have, embarassingly, spent many hours trying to figure out where this upgrade went; mostly because the effort was spread out amongst many small sessions...).

It would be greatly helpful to succinctly describe to which machines these upgrades can be added.

So I understand. Introducing some bidirectionality to the descriptors will make these associations far more intuitive, especially given the relatively large amount of 'machines' introduced by the mod; particularly when upgrades like the Gas Upgrade say they 'increase efficiency of gas-using machinery' (which would imply anything that uses gas for any purpose, i.e. the chemical infuser, which is not true). This would also handle the problem of potentially vague/unintuitive descriptions causing confusion.
