Describe the feature you'd like

Machine upgrade (stackable) that allows the transfer of energy to adjacent machines for more creative and/or advanced factory or assembly lines.

Balance can be determined by stackability or materials used ie. 8 stacks required for 100% energy transference, or 2 glass, 2 advanced alloy, 1 emerald dust/copper dust etc.

Or open up a new avenue of upgrade crafting with the diamond tier. 2 glass, 2 diamond tier alloy, 1 speed upgrade in place of dust. Food for thought.

Cables, everywhere.

A simpler alternative would be to give all machines the ability of cables by default. Transfer amount can be determined by machine tier like with cables (with the basic tier not transferring at all.
