oxygen is not flammable so no. but you can use hydrogen for cheap alternative to ethylene.
Oh right, it should rather be used as something you add to something using coal like a furnace to make it more efficient... Well that was relaly dumb of me, and eay hydrogen works but it's inefficient, so i'll make a melon farm for ethylene i guess

If I'm not mistaken, the energy generated from burning hydrogen is the exact amount as you need to make it via electrolytic separator. The only benefit in burning hydrogen would be as an energy neutral oxygen generator

according to wiki hydrogen can generate up to 20.480 RF. dont think electrolytic seperators(8 energy 8 speed) gonna want that much. wiki: https://wiki.aidancbrady.com/wiki/Gas-Burning_Generator
Electrolytic separators consume 200 J/1mb hydrogen produced, and hydrogen produces 200J/1mb when burned, so hydrogen burning is always energy neutral.
Describe the feature you'd like
Shouldn't you be able to use oxygen in the Gas burning generator ? (and maybe other gases ?) Also what about a generator using liquid fuel ?
Describe alternatives you've considered
Requiring an upgrade or having to use another generator for balance
