JEI Transfer handlers for various machines #417

Issue description

When trying to craft something that uses the Metallurgic Infuser for example, the button doesn't appear to put the items into the Metallurgic Infuser but does appear to put the items for a Metallurgic Infuser crafting recipe into a crafting table.

At some point I will try and look into making it so that there can be JEI transfer handlers to transfer into machines (this was intentionally skipped/not implemented though). In regards to the second part of this issue I do not see any transfer button when looking at an infuser recipe when having a crafting table open so I am going to go ahead and say some other mod is adding some generic transfer handler or something and it is acting weird/allowing that.
