Would be cool (and possible) to add a heat mechanic to the machines used in this mod?
Describe alternatives you've considered
Add a bar that shows current temperature in for example, energized smelter GUI. When the temperature is below x% the process will be slower because the machine is not at the optimal temperature and when it goes above, everything is normal (and maybe add a boost when its in the best range). When it reaches 100% it could explode, or maybe reduce their efficiency by a lot, like 70%.
To manage heat some upgrades can be introduced, like vent upgrade which will use energy to keep the machine at 0% heat, at the cost of losing efficiency, or the heat exchanger upgrade which will delay the time until we get to 100%. Lastly, the water cooling upgrade which will allow the machines to uptake water as coolant and depending on the supply, we can manage the % we want the machine to be at. (These upgrades could be exclusive, only 1 at a time).

Also, biome could have an effect on this.
