Prioritize machines outputting to adjacent machines over restrictive transporters #493

Describe the feature you'd like

When placing machines next to each other and having them input/output into each other, this action should take priority over outputting the items into a restrictive transporter that's also connected to the machine.

Describe alternatives you've considered

With the above feature, you can have the machines next to each other. Without it, you have to have logistical transporters in between the machines. (Two images attached to help with visualization. In first image shown there is logistical transporters on top, but I also tried with 4 restrictive transporters.
