Mekanism Color Modulation 2nd GUI option #529

Describe the feature you'd like

Please add an additional color gui option to the current color modulation in place. Which will allow users to colorize the green accent color in the mekasuit.

I will leave this open given it is a reasonable suggestion but with how the model currently is and the way I went about making the color module work without having to entirely restructure the model I don't believe it is possible to have multiple things have different colors as we just make use of the colors we pass a shader and have the shader handle the recoloring.
