Turbine redstone output #533

Describe the feature you'd like

Just like reactors have. When turbine has too much energy. This block'll send redstone signal. And then use that signal to do something as energy dumping process such as config resistive heater to only operate when recieve redstone signal. To prevent turbine from stop working.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Dump excess mode for turbine internal battery or able to make turbine continue to operate regardless of its internal battery

Meh, maybe at some point not sure. Though for now there is no reason to not just pipe it to either an energy cube or an induction matrix and then use a comparator on those to get the percent filled.

You can also use computer craft to detect it
