Describe the feature you'd like

Emerald is the most useless item in mekanism, so it can be used for exp storage, or it can be used for exp card for energised smelting

Plenty of other mods are good for XP storage. Given XP isn't used in Mekanism I personally don't feel like storage fits.

What would an XP card do?

I think qio storage of xp makes it a bit different and xp storage would be for early game right after infuser
