Create Ponder / Transmitters Compat #553

Describe the feature you'd like

Ponders are only ClientLevel and as such getting transmitters to render properly in scenes is not possible. Would hope to see a possibility of a way to set its connections and contents by nbt for ponders as a special use case.

AE2 has done something similar to allow client side only rendering from nbt data specifically for ponders https://github.com/AppliedEnergistics/Applied-Energistics-2/pull/6662

Don't know if/when this will happen but I will try and remember to look into it eventually to see how difficult it would be to get it to behave more nicely.
