Add Compatibility with new CB Microblocks (1.18.2) #569

Describe the feature you'd like

CB Microblocks got recently ported to 1.18.2. It would be nice if cables were able to include parts such as covers and were able to enter hollow blocks.

Describe alternatives you've considered

It is still possible to add covers as full blocks outside of the cable, but it takes double the amount of space per cable and can be done with any block anyways.

Additional context

Supposedly old mekanism versions used to have this compatibility, so since CBM got ported it'd be nice to see it back

I would love to see Compatibility with Applied energetics 2 cable covers.
