the ability to specifically output colored inputs instead of the single color output for machines.

You are going to need to go into more details of what you mean, as currently I have no idea what you are requesting.

Sorry. The Color coded output options feel a bit limited. If there was a more in depth way to direct resources to outputs internally inside the machine. like the logistical sorter, except maybe an upgrade, or a smaller version of the tube.
