Pump Infinite Lava Gamerule #595

Describe the feature you'd like

In 1.19.3, the gamerule lavaSourceConversion was added that would allow flowing lava to convert to source blocks if there were two sources adjacent, similar to water. Pumps should be able to create infinite lava the same way they do with water if this gamerule is enabled. Conversely, pumps shouldn't be able to create infinite water if the gamerule waterSourceConversion is disabled.
