1: A machine that connects to a power source. This machine would then use some of the provided power to provide a wireless power transmission. If the machine is set to public anyone with Number 2 can access that power transmissions if it's set to private only Mekanisms owned by you can access the power.
2: An upgrade that when placed in a Mekanism such as a Factory or Digiminer allows it to access this power transmission.
3: Two upgrades for Number 1.
A: A range extender that extends the reach of the transmission.
B: A dimensional upgrade that would allow the power transmission to reach Mekanisms no matter the dimension they are in.

I know that the Entangloporter exists. Some of the items needed for the above upgrades could be some that are used for making them. This though allows you to have a more compact build.

I play on a server that also has AE2 and I want to be able to automate a large quantity of factories. An upgrade like this would make it a lot easier to set up clusters of factories connected to an AE2 Pattern Provider without having a bunch of power cables ruining clean lines.
