One of the four security systems available in Fission Reactor Logic Adapters, Excess Waste, gives a redstone signal when the waste level in the reactor fills up, causing a Radioactive Leak. The whole point of these security systems is avoiding incidents, so I believe it makes no sense to let this security system cause a radioactive leak.

A solution for this is changing the safety measure to High Waste Level, where the redstone signal will be given at 90-95% waste level, thus stopping the reactor without causing a radioactive leak. Even if there's ways to store this waste with pipes, it's still meaningless to have this safety measure when it's not safe.
