Increase Coal Recieved From Enrichment #662

I'd like to see the amount of coal received from enriching a coal ore block from 2 to 3.

Additional context

After some thought I had the feeling fortune 3 would be more efficient than enriching coal. I came to the conclusion it is by mining 128 coal ore blocks with fortune 3 and recording the amount of coal received from each ore block. After which I got that the average amount of coal I received from each ore block is 2.28125. This also applies to diamonds and emeralds. The actual drop amount is 2.2. This behaviour is probably intended though, as obtaining silk touch and an Enrichment Chamber is probably easier than obtaining fortune 3. Also an amout of 3 items would just be to high and would make fortune completely useless.

This is very fair and I thought the same about it, but there are some outliers like Redstone and I think also Fluorite, enriching these as ore blocks (especially redstone) gives enough to make fortune 3 useless for mining them.
