Describe the feature you'd like

Add a machine that can produce oxygen in the Overworld by consuming only electricity. Corresponds to the Air separation method of oxygen production in the real world.

Additional context

Electrolyzed water is too much of a hassle and not a common method of oxygen production in reality. I didn't want to include other mods, and I thought it would be easier to integrate a Mekanism-style industrial oxygen generator into Mekanism (or one of its modules) to get the experience I'm used to. (And I didn't find such a mod, GalactiCraft only supports minecraft 1.12.2 or lower.)

I doubt it will ever be introduced because oxygen is not used much in gas or fluid crafts currently. However if you want an alternative to GalactiCraft in the higher versions, Ad Astra adds a machine that allows you to pump oxygen from the surface and then exploit it in machines other than Ad Astra via cables for pressurized gases :)
