[Question/Suggestion] Salination Plant water consumption/Mechanical pipe rate and capacity? #1231

I'm not sure if this is more of a suggestion or just a question. Kinda both, I guess.

My biggest problem is trying to figure out how efficient I can get water into a salination plant, followed by how to get enough water to the plant. This is largely dependent on what the rate of transfer is between mechanical pipes, as well as how much each node adds in capacity to the pipe "network" (assuming they work similarly to Universal Cables).

So, my questions are, what is the rate at which a Salination Plant consumes water? What is the ratio of water to brine? What is the capacity and transfer rate of mechanical pipes? Does the rate of input in a salination plant change when there are multiple valves from receiving from the same pipeline?

Along that, I think some data-gathering tools (multimeters, pressure gauges, etc.) would be well placed in Mekanism. At least for electricity, liquids, and gases, just to get an idea as to the rate of consumption/generation for our configurations. Many of us who use this mod, I assume, are largely fans of science and engineering, and being able to create from testing and gathering data is a very satisfying mechanic. Just a thought, even if the rates are static, we can at least test and confirm the expected change, and not just "eye-ball" it.

On a personal note, it'd be super cool if there was a console or monitor these metrics could be displayed on, à la IC2 nuclear control or Resonant Induction's multimeter style. But that's just a personal choice in aesthetic

(I do see Issue #163, but I'm not sure if this still exists or I'm just not finding it. I'll need to double check later if I can see it)

OOPS. IGNORE THAT. Did not realize that's what the network reader was. Now I know. XD my bad. This can be closed. My mistake, sorry everyone
