The reactor never reaches the theoretical maximum temperatures, FE output or steam output. The plasma temp stalls out at 99.2(2) % of the theoretical maximum, while the case temp is 98.0(4) % of the theoretical maximum. The FE and steam outputs cap at 98.311% of their theoretical maxes. These results were invariant under changing injection rates between 2 and 98 mB/t.
Steps to reproduce:
Setup a fusion reactor at altitude 101 in an evergreen taiga biome w/ creative tanks for fuel sources
Set injection rate and wait for the temperatures, power output, and steam output to reach steady state to as many sig figs of precision as possible
Increment injection rate

Have you tried this in a different biome as i know biome affects the Evap towers say a desert at lv40 (thank god the actual reactor does not get hot to touch or heat the chunk up now that would be one mean move)
