UniversalCable demandedEnergyUnits is very CPU intensive #783

Hi Aidan,

I jumped into the #Mekanism IRC but it appears as though you were afk.

Was running warmroast over my server to figure out why my CPU load is so high, my players use UniCable more than any other cable but I was surprised to see it consuming 1/3 of all CPU time on the server. Is this expected behaviour?

Universal Cable doesn't show up in aPerf for some odd reason, other mekanism TE's do so I am unable to get a count of how many cables are being used.

This is being worked on in our dev branch, it is now much more CPU friendly :)
