In generators.toml it has maxY = 2031.
This normally wouldn't be an issue because the config says it would be clamped. But it's not, or at least not properly.
Default configs points to generating 480J/t. However at max world height it only generates 404J/t. Losing about 16% of the value.
Can not place generators in the nether to test if it's properly clamped there.
Placing at y=128 produces a very small amount of power, so this is not an issue of getting smaller as you diverge from y=128.
Setting "maxY" to any value <319 will work properly.
