Unable to make teleporters bigger than 4x3 #8229

Issue description

If you use the smallest possible teleporter, then it works, so sizing it up would have the same effect right? but instead it doesn't see the frame

Steps to reproduce

  1. Make a teleporter with a frame bigger than 4x3.
  2. Observe.

1.21.1 (Latest)

NeoForge version

21.1.54

Mekanism version

10.7.7 (Latest)
