This PR implements a database-based workflow. This solves column typing issues I was having with arrow and should be more interoperable with FIADB users more generally (fingers crossed).
Includes:
Scripts to set up a database and generate cn tables
Functions to query the database
Examples using the whitebark pine and tree ring use cases, with instructions for Ceci and Kelly to run queries on their own
