DuckDB can import .csv files based on hive partitioning
This is seeming like end-stage packaging? Wouldn't we also need to make the .csv files (or similar, the raw tables) available?
But the duckdb packaging might make it so a user could query the big dataset without downloading it. If integrated with the httpfs piece (https://armchairecology.blog/duckvirion/)
