Speaker not working after NBI 0.8.3RC2 on A90 10.6 #105

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Install 10.6 using NetbookBootMaker 0.8.3 RC2, sound works
2.  Safeboot, run NetbookInstaller
3.  Reboot, sound no longer works, no output device in Preferences

What netbook are you using this on?
Dell A90, 8GB SSD, A04 BIOS 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected speakers to continue to work but they did not.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.8.3 RC2, dated 9/31 10:44pm

Please provide any additional information below.
