restart does not work with rc3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.press restart
2.
3.

What netbook are you using this on?
dell mini 9, 2 gb ram, runcore 32gb

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
My mini won't restart but instead freezes to a blck screen with the power light 
on.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Snow leopard 10.6.1, netbook installer rc3

Please provide any additional information below.
I have usb legacy support diabled and tried usb wake on and off

This always when you sleep and try to restart later on. I'm not looking into a 
fix.
