Mini 9 doesn't go to sleep with 0.8.3 #126

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Close lid to sleep. Computer locks up
2. Go to apple menu and select sleep. Computer locks up.

What netbook are you using this on?
Dell Mini 9

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When the lid close it doesn't go to sleep. Locks up and there is no way to
get the screen back on. Doesn't seem like it's really sleeping because LED
isn't blinking.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Netbook installer 0.8.3 with 10.6.1 snow leopard

Please provide any additional information below.
I have Legacy USB and Wake on USB turned off. I had a flash card and I
removed that too to see if that would cause any qwirks. I've been pulling
my hear out for couple hours now. Hope I just missed something.

More info to see if it helps. I have the 32 gb super talent. Bios revision is 
A04. 2
gigs of ram. I also meant to type hair.
