Trackpad settings aren't remembered after restart. #139

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.install NBI .8.3 RC3
2.set the trackpad settings in System Preferences, trackpad works great.
3.Restart machine, Trackpad no longer works. Reseting the settings in
System Preferences causes the trackpad to work again.

What netbook are you using this on? Dell Mini 9.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Trackpad settings to
be remembered. Have to reset them every boot.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? .8.3
RC3 on Snow Leopard 10.6.1.

Please provide any additional information below. NB1 .8.3 RC3 was installed
after fresh install with NBI .8.1.
