dsdt.aml in lowercase generated by NBI does not load #158

Installed 10.6.2 on HFS volume with Case Sensitive on. Netbook installer
generates an all lowercase dsdt.aml. This does not get loaded by the
Chameleon Bootloader. Changing the name to DSDT.aml and Chameleon will
load it.

Easy to verify by using the "Wait=yes -v" boot switches

Side effect is that after the change to DSDT.aml my bios settings resets 
are gone. I believe bug 152

Using Samsung N140. Made profile for it in with bluetooth id's and network
driver from Samsung NC-10

Having tried on another Dell, the problem seems to be that NBI 0.8.3RC4 does not
create a dsdt.aml. NBI 0.8.2 does create it.
