Hard disk won't sleep #181

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Lowered disk sleep timer with pmset to 5 minutes
2.Removed power adapter for 10 minutes
3.Held netbook to ear listening for disk to spin down (never happened)

What netbook are you using this on?
Dell Mini 10v

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expecting disk to sleep but it never happens.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
OSX 10.6.2 / NBI 0.8.3 final
