mini9 OS 10.6.2 does not sleep when is not used #207

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Closing the lid the mini9 sleeps OK
2. From "apple" menu it sleeps OK
3. If I wait "n" minutes the screen is blank, but does not sleep.

What netbook are you using this on?
Dell mini9
Upgrades: 2GB RAM
SSD RunCore 64Gb

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
First I get screensaver, then blank screen, but does not sleep.
If I touch any key or the trackpad OS X is on screen working perfectly.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Netbook Installer 10.8.3 (Dec 25), on Mac OS 10.6.2

Please provide any additional information below.
Everything (except, of course, internal mic) works fine.

Same behaviour with NetbookInstaller 0.8.4pre
I try with BIOS A05 and A06
