What steps will reproduce the problem?

1.Open NI 0.8.4 on a MBP 2.16GHz Model 1151 running 10.6.2

2.NI 0.8.4 gives a pop up message "Unsupported Device. You are running this
applicaiton (sic)
on an unsupported device. Do you want to continue?"

3.Tried continuing. OSX Install proceeds till 10 mins from end when the crash
screen appears.
Checking for startup discs in Disc Utility gets the message that DU can see the
hard drive and
system, but that it is not 'blessed'

What netbook are you using this on?
Dell Inspiron Mini 10v

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected - OSX 10.6 on internal hard drive.

Instead - Startup failed screen, prompt to check HD in startup swapper in Disk
Utility - which can
see system folder, but says it is not 'blessed"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.16 MBP running 10.6.2 "unsupported device" on netbook-installer 0.8.

Please provide any additional information below.

NI 0.8.3 worked a treat!! Many thanks

NBI Is not for use on a macbook, you need to use NetbookBootMaker. Now that you
mention it, it might be a
good idea to integrate the two together and just detect if the target is an
install dvd or nor (I'm planning on
adding that for the next version to fix an issue with the usb boot drive).
