/Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/com.apple.Boot.plist isn't honored #213

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. edit /Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/com.apple.Boot.plist to add 
Kernel Flag of "-v"
2. reboot. Notice that verbose isn't honoured.
3. edit /Extra/com.apple.Boot.plist and add Kernel Flag of "-v".
4. reboot. Notice that verbose is honoured.

This behavior is changed between NetBookInstaller 0.8.3 and 0.8.4pre.

What netbook are you using this on?
Dell 10v
