kernel panic afetr installing 8.4rc1 #216

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. installed 8.4rc1 (over 8.4pre that work ok)
2.restart
3. kernel panic no recognized cpu

What netbook are you using this on?
no brand atom280 chipset intel 950

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
kernel pamic no recognized cpu

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
10.2 snow leo and 8.4rc1

i try to enter in my second partition win7 open transmac and copy a patched
kernel atom in the root. after restart machine enter at boot the name of
new kernel. I can see machine loading new kernel and.....kernel panic not
recognized cpu.

Please provide any additional information below.

Can you post a copy of /Extra from your machine? Have you installed any kexts 
to /S/L/E?

Also, what netbook are you using?

now i can`t i have jet recover my system copyng the etra folder from the 
previous
version 8.4pre with transmac and win7....eh eh 

but 
i have a fresh install with 10.2 with iphone developer.
so .....8.4pre is good but have made some kext change...

in the general extension i delete appleacpibattey (kernel panic with vodoohda)
Io80211 family (not nedded 1390 wify dell), nvenabler (no nvidia)
adn in additional kext added voodoohda vodoobattery vodoopower (vodoopowermini 
kernel
panic)

the systm work well and has hibernate.

i downloaded 8.4rc1 and netbookinstaller adn install it.

i see  the new installation is fresh and deleted my kext.

so the 8.4rc1 has a extra with default kext.

in the system/extensions/ i have the default kext with the developer package.

so i think the problem is nellcpupower management ptching runtime.

so my netbook is a chines machine buy in ebay by a local reseller (i'm italian) 
it
has no brand....(is chinese) but it work very well with a display 13.3 with 
1280x800
res and a board with phoenix bios n280 + chipset intelgm1950 rev3 with hdmi 
output
that work.
