Akoya E1222: installed 10.6 with 0.8.4 rc1 #218

As stated in the topic I installed 10.6 on an Akoya E1222 (Medion MD98240) 
Netbook.

Issues:
- installation stopped before finishing 10 min before end, but after restart 
10.6 booted ok
- the hdd, the keyboard, the Sentelic touchpad, bluetooth work ok
- Realtek wlan, ethernet, webcam, sleep do not work
- I reinstalled the essential packages from installation drive manually, so I 
could repair 
permissions
- I installed an USB WLAN stick to get internet connection
- after combo update 10.6.2 reboot did not work. I had to add arch=i386 to 
kernel flags in 
com.apple.Boot.plist
- the built-in fan runs permanently runs at high speed

It's great getting so far. I will test the next versions and will answer any 
questions regarding my 
hardware and installations issues.
