What steps will reproduce the problem?

after install and 1 reboot OSX setup. No Operating System found

NetbookBootMaker 0.8.2 & 0.8.3 RC1, SL 10.6.0
Please provide any additional information below.
I have tried several attempts and combination's of the NetbookBoot. I had
it working on SL 10.6.0. No audio. When I attempted to fix audio and all
went bad. kernel panic's. See post to issue id 56.
Every since I can't get OS X installed onto the 64G SD. Well it runs
through the install I believe. When it get to 0 minutes a reboot occurs and
after POST I get a PXE boot attempt and them No Operating System.
Any susgestions?
