dsdt.aml not created (aka Service Battery warning not fixed) #87

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1  Install 10.6 over 10.5.x.
2.
3.

What netbook are you using this on?
Mini 9

What is the expected output?
New dsdt.aml that fixes BIOS reset

What do you see instead?
dsdt.aml is old one?  Resets BIOS

Please provide any additional information below.
If I insure there is no occurrence of /dsdt.aml and /Extra/dsdt.aml, then run 
NBI 0.8.3 RC1, 
either from /Applications or from the booted USB OSXDVD, no dsdt.aml is 
created, and expected 
problems ensue.

Bug in RC1, already fixed in RC2 (wich isn't out yet).
I'll leave it open until RC2 is out and then close the bug report.
