@Auriejir These days I use JKSM which has a built CIA version. At first I considered it my alternative, but now I've been using it regularly.
JKSM or checkpoint are more updated and simpler to use options. Both include secure value deleting and can be used with multiple titles at once. Also, there's a rosalina compatible version of jksm if you are interested. They lack per file management of the save contents, but there's really no reason to handle the files that way for backup/restore purposes.
while I do get the argument, jksm is a mess and I can't get checkpoint to work with shuffle for some reason. it works fine for everything else even if rewriting all the files when you just changed one is probably a source of errors. I also loved that svdt assumed that you knew what you were doing and let you do it.
well, it was a good soft while it worked, thanks
@Auriejir Checkpoint right now is super slow for me. JKSM works perfectly fine, you just might have to scan for new titles if something isn't showing up. I use JKSM all the time for PK shuffle.
Since the removal of title selection from homebrew menu, it became impossible to use SVDT.
is it possible to make a .cia version ? I love the auto backup and the security check handling while being fairly simple to use.
