Allow changing height of styles panel #11

It's too small, I want to make it a bit higher but don't see resizing cursor on it's top border.

We're aware of this issue (see issue #4), but haven't been able to find a way to fix it because we have only CSS at our disposal, can't use JS. If you have any ideas on how to do this using pure CSS, do share them (on the #4 thread, preferrably) :)

I will try to find a solution to this when looking into adding the stacked panel view vs split view. It shouldn't be an issue to do, I'm hoping at least.
