Improve the documentation of lxops config files. Move the documentation from markdown files to a structured format, that could even be accessible from the command line interface.

Added "help" command with embedded documentation, from yaml files in a types package.

Perhaps the documentation should be converted to HTML or Markdown (for github), instead.
