merge lxops, lxops_lxd, lxops_incus into a single repository #9

As I make frequent changes to lxops, I find it cumbersome to then go to another two repositories and update them. Consider merging them into a single repository, but as 3 different modules, so that the lxd and incus executables are still different and have different dependencies. The code would then be in sync.

Done. Added impl/lxd/main, impl/incus/main.
