RNA-seq Advanced: updates #83

Hi @jessicachung : the changes are:

have added link to a shared data lib for the data

added in a step to convert the GTF to a GFF for JBrowse

commented out some /showables and just showed the screenshot as it wasn't displaying properly - not sure why

have commented out trackster as it doesn't work on GA

have added in JBrowse instructions instead

for some tools said to search in bar rather than by menu as it's changed

new link to degust

history is published as "Mel Bio RNA seq advanced" if you want to check anything
